Refund policy

If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, items purchased ONLINE from thebarrelguystore.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are returned unused and in pristine, original condition.

All returns require authorization — please email ron.jackson922@gmail.com for a return authorization. 

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged goods.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email once we have processed your refund.

Sale Items: Any sale item is considered FINAL SALE and is not returnable.

In Store Returns:

If you’ve shopped with us in person at our store in Port Richey, FL, you know that we specialize in one-of-a-kind, handmade items. We typically do not carry additional stock in the items we feature — so, as we tell our in-store customers, if you love it, get it now! Once it’s gone, there’s a chance we won’t be able to get another one.
