Shipping policy

After completing the checkout process with The Barrel Guy Store, you will receive a confirmation email that acknowledges that you have successfully placed an order. You will receive a second notification once we have packaged your items and they are being shipped out. If you need your purchase delivered on a specific date, please let us know. If your products are received damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We are happy to gift wrap and include a gift message if you are having your item shipped or delivered as a gift. Please include your shipping details in the "Cart Notes" during the checkout process.
